Ras Al Khaimah (RAK) of the United Arab Emirates has announced the launch of a DAO regulatory framework "DAO Association System" (DARe), which will be implemented in the RAK Digital Assets Oasis free zone. The framework provides two modes: one for emerging projects with less than 100 members, and another for mature DAOs with a funding scale exceeding $1 million.
