US SEC approves Japanese crypto exchange Coincheck to list on Nasdaq

the US SEC has approved the listing of Japanese cryptocurrency exchange Coincheck on Nasdaq. This move will be achieved through a merger with Thunder Bridge Capital Partners (TBCP) and will be the first time a Japanese cryptocurrency exchange is listed on a US stock exchange.
