On November 5th, Sygnum, a digital asset banking group, announced that it will transform its Yield Core AMC (a product that invests in cryptocurrency yield generating strategies, including lending, financing arbitrage, and liquidity provision) into a Luxembourg reserved alternative investment fund (RAIF) structure.

This transformation aims to expand the fund's international distribution potential, enhance investor protection, and strengthen its "risk-return profile", and has been accepted by 99% of existing investors.
