On-chain investment platform Plural acquires FINRA member Northstar Financial

The on-chain investment platform Plural has acquired Northstar Financial Services LP, a member of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). After the acquisition, the company was renamed Plural Brokerage to support embedding broker-dealer due diligence into its tokenization process and allow securities issuers to directly raise funds on the Plural platform, streamlining the fundraising process. The company plans to achieve a $100 million tokenized fundraising scale this year.
