    July 30, according to CCTV Finance, with the surge in AI computing power demand, the global storage chip market is experiencing severe supply shortages. In Shenzhen's Huaqiangbei area, the price transmission effect is clearly visible. Multiple merchants in Huaqiangbei reported that following Nvidia's latest round of price hike notices to authorized graphics card manufacturers, all major graphics card brands have fully implemented warehouse closure policies, temporarily halting bulk shipments, leading to a rapid tightening of spot supply across the entire circulation chain. Visiting several computer assembly shops in Huaqiangbei, it was learned that due to the unavailability of new stock, existing inventory has become a 'scarce resource,' with channel distributors generally reluctant to sell, driving up the prices of available inventory. Statistics show that prices of mainstream storage products and graphics cards in Huaqiangbei have been climbing continuously.
