Microsoft's shareholder meeting on December 10th will vote on the "evaluation of investing in Bitcoin". Shareholders such as Vanguard, BlackRock, and State Street Bank will be eligible to vote on the proposal. The proposal suggests studying Bitcoin as a hedge against inflation and other macroeconomic impacts, but there are rumors that Microsoft's board of directors is recommending shareholders vote against the proposal.
