Mao Ning responded that she had not seen the specific report, but emphasized that the development of AI in China is a result of high-level technological self-reliance and is also attributed to China's commitment to the principles of joint consultation, co-construction, sharing, and open cooperation. She stated, 'We believe all parties should enhance cooperation to promote the open, inclusive, beneficial, and ethical development of AI for the welfare of all humanity. We hope the US side will earnestly implement the important consensus reached by the leaders of both countries and refrain from making false accusations and defamation against China.
