Eleanor Terrett, a journalist from Fox Business News, stated in an article on X platform that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Cryptocurrency Special Working Group is keeping logs of all its meetings with industry participants. So far, the special working group has held meetings with Blockchain Association, Jito Labs and Multicoin Capital, Nasdaq, and the law firm Sullivan & Cromwell's commodities, futures and derivatives, and capital markets team partner Colin Lloyd. The meetings mainly focused on regulatory aspects, and how the agency's new approach will impact certain markets and products.
In previous news, the SEC cryptocurrency working group met with representatives from Jito Labs and Multicoin Capital Management companies to discuss adding collateral features in ETPs.
