The Central Cybersecurity and Informatization Commission has issued the 'National Informationization 14th Five-Year Plan.' It proposes the development of high-performance artificial intelligence chips and highly available software stacks. The plan aims to layout technologies for highly intelligent smartphones, computers, wearable devices, and more. It also focuses on the development of embodied intelligence technologies such as unmanned vehicle terminals and humanoid robots. The plan emphasizes accelerating research and development in quantum computing, quantum communication, and quantum precision measurement technologies. It aims to promote research on quantum security protection technologies and expedite the study of post-quantum cryptography. Additionally, it includes the development and application of brain-machine interface systems, as well as systems and devices for signal acquisition, neural decoding, disease diagnosis and treatment, and virtual-real manipulation.
