CSRC Approves Establishment of Citigroup Securities (China) Co., Ltd.

On October 23, the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) approved the establishment of Citigroup Securities (China) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Citigroup China). Citigroup China is registered in Shanghai with a registered capital of 1.2 billion RMB. Its business scope includes securities brokerage, securities investment consulting, securities underwriting and sponsorship, and proprietary securities trading. The sole shareholder is Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc., which holds 100% of the investment. (CSRC)

OpenAI investigators have also identified Ryan Greenblatt, who assisted METR in analyzing the logs of the July Hugging Face hacking incident, as one of the suspected leakers, a claim Greenblatt denies.
