On July 19, according to media reports, AI company Moon's Dark Side has reportedly informed investors of its plan to go public in Hong Kong within the next six months. Sources familiar with the matter revealed that Moon's Dark Side has officially issued shareholder resolution documents to investors, seeking their support for the Hong Kong listing. Initiating this notification process means that the company could potentially complete its IPO within the next six months. The sources indicated that Moon's Dark Side is currently completing a round of financing, after which the company's valuation could exceed $30 billion. They stated that the company believes this is the right time to go public, as its annual recurring revenue (ARR), a key indicator of future sales capability, reached $300 million in June.
