The period of equity change was from May 28, 2025 to July 30, 2026. After the change, the concerted parties held a total of 193 million shares, with the total share capital ratio decreasing from 17.99% to 16.53%. Among them, Zhongji Holding and its concerted parties reduced a total of 6.21 million A-shares during the equity change period.
