Iran will enter the final stage of negotiations only after the implementation of Article 13 of the Iran-U.S. memorandum of understanding. 4. Iran and Qatar signed a memorandum of understanding regarding the execution of the unfreezing of Iran's frozen assets. 5. The U.S. issued a document for a 60-day suspension of sanctions on Iranian oil, petrochemical products, and their derivatives.
