Hong Kong-listed company Yuxing Technology announced that it has conducted a series of transactions in the public market from July 25, 2024 to December 31, 2024, including:

(i) purchasing approximately 78.2 units of Bitcoin, with an average price of $80,960 per unit, for a total price of approximately $6.3 million (excluding transaction costs)

(ii) selling approximately 6.3 million units of USDT, with an average price of $1 per unit, for a total value of approximately $6.3 million (excluding transaction costs). The USDT sold under the sale item is used to convert into Bitcoin and purchase an equivalent amount of Bitcoin under the purchase item.
