Guokewai Plans to Raise No More Than 5.061 Billion Yuan for Next-Gen AI Vision Chips and Solutions

On July 17, Guokewai announced that the company plans to issue shares to specific investors to raise no more than 5.061 billion yuan. After deducting issuance costs, the net proceeds are intended for the research and development and industrialization projects of next-generation AI vision processing chips and solutions, media interaction AI chip R&D and industrialization projects, edge AI chip R&D and industrialization projects, and to supplement working capital. The number of shares to be issued to specific investors will not exceed 65.1307 million shares, with no more than 35 investors. The raised funds will be used for the R&D and production of AI chips and to supplement working capital to support the company's business development and market expansion.
