Rosenthal joined Grayscale in 2021 and witnessed the company's application process for a spot Bitcoin ETF. DeFi Education Fund is a non-partisan advocacy organization that has filed a lawsuit against the SEC's "enforcement-style regulation." CEO Miller Whitehouse-Levine said Rosenthal's joining will further strengthen its communication effectiveness.
