Genius Group Launches $1.2 Billion Capital Plan to Establish AI and Bitcoin Vaults

Genius Group has announced a $1.2 billion capital plan aimed at funding its artificial intelligence vault and bitcoin vault through the issuance of perpetual preferred securities. The company's goal is to achieve a total asset value of $2 billion by fiscal year 2031, with the AI vault targeted at $800 million and the bitcoin vault at $827 million. Genius Group stated that this financing method is designed to enhance the net asset value per share and reduce dilution for common shareholders. The company plans to initially issue perpetual preferred securities to raise $12.5 million, with the proceeds allocated to the AI vault, bitcoin vault, and dollar reserves. The company noted that its investments related to the AI vault include firms such as SpaceX, Anthropic, Anduril, and Databricks, with some holdings already seeing valuation increases since the launch in May 2026.
