On August 27, Ripple's institutional brokerage division, Ripple Prime, officially launched its Delta One business, marking its first expansion into the stock trading sector and further broadening its range of traditional financial and digital asset services for institutional investors. This move signifies Ripple's extension from cryptocurrency services into the traditional financial market. Through the Delta One product, Ripple Prime aims to provide institutional investors with an integrated trading channel covering stocks, indices, and digital assets, enhancing its competitiveness in the intersection of digital assets and traditional capital markets. It is reported that the new business will allow investors to execute Total Return Swap transactions on U.S.-listed stocks, indices, and digital assets, targeting institutional clients such as hedge funds, market makers, and ETF issuers.
