On July 3, the Fabric Foundation announced on platform X that it has launched a dedicated governance section on the Snapshot platform today and established a Foundation Security Committee to oversee management. This marks a new starting point for co-building ROBO with the community. From the first day of its launch, all ROBO token holders will have substantial governance rights. Voting on Snapshot does not require on-chain transaction fees, and voting weight is linked to the number of ROBO tokens held by users. All proposals, voting records, and resolutions are publicly accessible, allowing the community to collectively shape the development direction and positioning of the protocol. The Foundation Security Committee is responsible for implementing community opinions and ensuring that all decisions are compliant and effectively executed. The founding members of the committee have extensive experience in the robotics industry, foundation operations, and venture capital. The founding members include Jerry Huang, founder of the Silicon Valley Robotics Center; Shivani Phull, director at HashPoint Advisory; and Clara Cheng, head of business at Thrive Horizon Ltd.
