Users in Beijing and Hangzhou who qualify for the gray test can book rides without manually entering pick-up and drop-off addresses or selecting vehicle types. They simply need to state the number of passengers, vehicle preferences, and destination in the chat box, and the system will automatically match the vehicle type and price from Caocao Mobility. Users can confirm with one click to complete the order. The driver side has also completed the necessary integration. Several Caocao Mobility drivers have confirmed that the platform has started pushing exclusive labels for 'Doubao Service Orders' and is offering a surprise service fee of 2 yuan per order to drivers providing the service. This feature launch stems from the AI mobility strategic cooperation reached by both parties in June this year.
