On August 12, the U.S. SEC disclosed a 13F filing showing that as of June 30, 2026, Dan Bin's Dongfang Harbor Overseas Fund held 13 U.S. stocks with a total market value of approximately $1.65 billion, a 45.6% increase from about $1.13 billion at the end of the previous quarter. Google Class C shares remain the largest holding (22.5%), valued at approximately $371 million; Intel and NVIDIA rank second (15.7%) and third (13.2%) with values of about $258 million and $217 million, respectively. In terms of adjustments, Dongfang Harbor established new positions in Intel, SanDisk, AMD, Marvell Technology, Arm, Broadcom, and Lumentum in the second quarter. Notably, Intel's new position immediately became the second largest holding, with SanDisk valued at approximately $176 million. Additionally, the fund increased its stake in Micron Technology from 73,000 shares to 147,600 shares (valued at $170 million), representing an increase of about 102% quarter-over-quarter. During the same period, the fund reduced its holdings in Google Class C shares, NVIDIA, TSMC, Amazon, and Meta, with Amazon's share count decreasing by about 67% quarter-over-quarter and nearly all of Meta's shares being sold off; NVIDIA's shares were reduced from 1.2857 million to 1.0838 million. The fund also completely exited positions in Apple, Tesla, Circle, Google Class A shares, as well as the 2x long Google ETF (GGLL) and the 3x long Nasdaq 100 ETF (TQQQ). The quarterly adjustments indicate that Dongfang Harbor has significantly increased its holdings in semiconductors, storage, and optical communication. The 13F filing only reflects long positions in U.S. stocks at the end of the quarter and does not represent current real-time holdings.
