Binance Launches BTC Yield, a BTC-Based Income Strategy Product for BTC Holders

On July 7, Binance announced the launch of a new advanced financial product, BTC Yield. BTC Yield is an open-ended income strategy product priced in BTC, specifically designed for long-term holders who wish to explore potential income opportunities in Bitcoin without frequent trading. BTC Yield is currently one of the first Bitcoin covered call options income products launched by a mainstream cryptocurrency exchange for both retail and institutional users, reflecting Binance's ongoing expansion from a trading platform to a broader financial super application. Shunyet Jan, head of Binance's trading platform and business, stated: "BTC Yield further enriches the product offerings available to users, allowing them to leverage the value of their digital assets in more ways. The covered call option strategy is already quite mature in traditional financial markets, but direct participation for ordinary investors often comes with high barriers. BTC Yield simplifies this strategy, enabling Bitcoin holders seeking potential income to participate more conveniently without frequent market trading." To celebrate the launch of BTC Yield, Binance Wealth is offering a limited-time promotion, where eligible BTC Yield subscription users will have the chance to share a prize pool of 100,000 USDC.
