X Layer Mainnet to undergo technical upgrade on October 27

On October 24th, according to the official announcement from X Layer, as the protocol integration and ecosystem expansion continue to progress, plans are being made to upgrade the underlying technology of the public chain in order to further enhance the overall performance and scalability of the system, aiming to become a leading platform for high-performance blockchain solutions. This upgrade is scheduled to begin on October 27, 2025 at 23:30 (UTC+8) and is expected to last for approximately one hour. After completion, the main network will resume block production. If there are any adjustments to the upgrade progress or schedule, the official announcement channel will be updated promptly.

The announcement states that during the upgrade period, the X Layer main network will temporarily pause block production, all related services will be temporarily interrupted, including asset deposits and withdrawals on OKX exchange and DEX trading services, OKX Wallet related functions, as well as OKX Pay services. Users with any questions can contact OKX customer service at any time. The X Layer team has stated that they will continue to focus on improving platform stability, security, and operational reliability to achieve the long-term ecological outlook of "The New Money Chain."
