Virtuals announced on the X platform that the Genesis new project playgameAI attempted malicious operations during the Genesis Launch period, trying to take advantage of the situation, deceive users, and undermine trust.

In response to this incident, Virtuals Protocol has made the following decisions:

1. The launch of playgameAI will be permanently suspended.

2. A compensation plan has been initiated to compensate affected users.

3. Once again, Virtuals Protocol officially will never require users to transfer funds through unofficial channels.
