According to a recent survey by the cryptocurrency exchange Paribu, some investors in Turkey now prefer cryptocurrencies over traditional investment options such as real estate and stocks. When asked about their preferred investment products, 56% of respondents said that gold was their first choice for savings or investment. Foreign currency came in second, followed by cryptocurrencies, which were chosen by 30% of investors.
