On August 25, Bloomberg reported, citing informed sources, that Oura Health Oy, a company that produces smart rings capable of tracking health, fitness, and sleep data, along with some of its investors, is seeking to raise up to $3 billion through an initial public offering (IPO) in the United States. The company's IPO could take place as early as September, with a valuation expected to exceed $16 billion, according to some insiders. Existing investors are expected to sell a significant number of shares in this offering, sources said.
