On August 11, according to Axios, the New York Post media group is launching a customized AI chatbot as part of its broader AI-driven personalized news experience "Hamilton." The project aims to provide users with more personalized news services through AI. The chatbot and a series of AI products are named after Alexander Hamilton, the founder of the New York Post. Ariscielle Novicio, Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Product and Digital Strategy at the New York Post media group, said these tools are designed to help readers discover more content and receive more personalized, optimized content recommendations. Starting Tuesday, users will see Hamilton in the Android and iOS apps of the New York Post and the California Post. The company ultimately plans to extend Hamilton to websites on the open web. Hamilton is a unified brand for AI-driven personalization features, encompassing multiple products: the AI chatbot Hamilton Search, the personalized news briefing Post Express, the content recommendation engine Picked For You, and the commentary and analysis content discovery tool Post Voices.
