On August 20, NeoSoul announced the completion of an $11 million Pre-A financing round. Participating institutions in this round include MH Ventures, Amber Group, ArkStream Capital, 0G Foundation, Kirin Capital, CatcherVC, and New Oak International. The funds will be used to further advance NeoSoul's development of intelligent trading products and AI economic infrastructure. This financing round follows the launch of NeoTrade, NeoSoul's intelligent trading workstation, where traders can configure AI trading agents that can make independent decisions and execute trades autonomously. AI is evolving from assisting analysis to executing independently. In trading, the industry focus is shifting towards ensuring the safety and control of funds while maintaining agent autonomy. This round has attracted multiple investment institutions from digital assets, Web3 infrastructure, decentralized AI, as well as Asian capital and the North American market. Among them, Kirin Capital, a key investor in this round, has a long-standing presence in the Vietnamese capital market and Southeast Asian capital markets, and its investment will further support NeoSoul's expansion in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. NeoSoul co-founder Kaelan stated, "AI is transitioning from producing information to engaging in autonomous economic activities, with trading being one of the earliest scenarios to form a complete economic loop. NeoTrade serves as the entry point, and after this financing round, NeoSoul will continue to build the infrastructure that supports large-scale participation of AI agents in economic activities." NeoSoul plans to use the funds from this round to further develop NeoTrade, strengthen trading infrastructure, and expand its global ecosystem. The company will continue to advance product development around the connection between autonomous AI decision-making and controlled fund execution.
