Markets are focused on the Federal Reserve meeting minutes, which has increased uncertainty about the direction of interest rates.

Federal Reserve's October policy meeting minutes will be released early Thursday morning Beijing time next week, increasing investor uncertainty about the path of U.S. interest rates. Last month, the Fed lowered the benchmark interest rate to the 3.75% - 4% range, but Powell's statement that "further rate cuts by the end of the year are not a foregone conclusion" reshaped market expectations. Boston Fed President Collins questioned the rate cut next month, emphasizing that "the threshold for implementing additional easing in the near term is relatively high." Data gaps will become the main obstacle for the Fed's decision-making. (Jin10)
