On June 12, according to Argus Media energy reporter Nader Itayim, Iran's Mehr News Agency listed the detailed contents of the US-Iran '14-Point Memorandum of Understanding' draft, sourced from 'a person close to the Iranian negotiation team'. The specific contents include: 1. A permanent and immediate cessation of all warfare fronts, including the Lebanese front. 2. The US commits to not interfere in Iran's internal affairs and to respect Iran's sovereignty. 3. A complete lifting of the maritime blockade within 30 days. 4. The US commits to withdrawing troops from around Iran. 5. The reopening of the Strait of Hormuz within 30 days under Iran's arrangements. 6. A suspension of sanctions on the sale of Iranian oil, petrochemical products, and their derivatives, allowing Iran full access to its financial resources. 7. The US and its allies need to propose a reconstruction plan for Iran valued at least $300 billion. 8. A 60-day negotiation period aimed at reaching a final agreement on nuclear issues and fully lifting US primary and secondary sanctions against Iran, as well as relevant resolutions from the UN Security Council and the International Atomic Energy Agency. 9. During the 60-day final negotiation period, $24 billion of frozen Iranian funds will be unfrozen, with half required to be provided to Iran before the negotiations begin. 10. Reaffirmation of Iran's commitment under the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) not to produce nuclear weapons. 11. During the negotiations, the US commits not to increase its troop presence in the region or implement new sanctions. 12. Establishment of a monitoring mechanism to enforce the agreement. 13. The final agreement will be approved by a UN Security Council resolution. 14. The final negotiations will not commence until half of Iran's frozen funds are unfrozen, sanctions on Iranian oil are suspended, and the maritime blockade is lifted. The final agreement will only address the disposal of enriched uranium and enrichment activities, the lifting of sanctions, and Iran's economic reconstruction plan. Discussions regarding Iran's missile program and support for resistance organizations have been completely removed from the agenda.
