It is reported that Jetking Infotrain has issued 460,000 common shares at a price of 250 rupees per share, raising 115 million rupees. The company previously purchased 5.9835 Bitcoins at a price of approximately $110,957 per coin, with a total expenditure of approximately $663,911. The current Bitcoin holdings are 21 coins. However, India has strict regulations on cryptocurrencies, with a 30% tax on cryptocurrency gains and a 1% withholding tax (TDS) on each transaction.
