HSBC Participates in Hong Kong’s Electronic Hong Kong Dollar Pilot by Creating Tokenized Hong Kong Dollar Cash via Polygon PoS

TradFi giant HSBC is participating in Hong Kong's electronic Hong Kong dollar pilot by creating tokenized Hong Kong dollar cash deposits on Polygon PoS.

They are also developing HSBC Pass, a decentralized identity solution, which won the Red Dot Award in 2024.
