Genius Group acquires Bitcoin and blockchain learning platform XD Academy

Genius Group, a company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, announced the acquisition of the Bitcoin and blockchain learning platform XD Academy. The specific acquisition amount has not been disclosed. XD Academy was formerly known as BitMEX Academy and was also a learning and education platform under the cryptocurrency exchange BitMEX. After being split and operated independently, all XD Academy course content will be integrated into the Genius learning platform after the acquisition is completed.
