It is reported that Russian DFAs are physical asset tokenized certificates based on blockchain technology, not belonging to the category of cryptocurrencies or tokens traded on cryptocurrency exchanges. DFAs can only be issued by information system operators certified by the Russian Central Bank, including Sberbank, Alfa Bank, Atomyze, Masterchain, NSD and other institutions.
