On March 25th, immunotherapy company Enlivex raised $21 million through a debt financing agreement to repurchase 3 billion tokens associated with the prediction market platform Rain. Enlivex stated on Tuesday that the company exercised an option on Sunday to purchase an additional 3 billion Rain (RAIN) tokens for $10 million at a 62% discount. Concurrently, the company has extended an option to purchase another 272.1 billion RAIN tokens at the same price until December 2027. This debt financing comes from The Lind Partners, an asset management firm headquartered in New York. The company also announced that it has approved a $20 million share repurchase program aimed at enhancing shareholder value.
