WisdomTree, the issuer of Bitcoin exchange-traded funds, announced the issuance of 2030 convertible senior notes to qualified institutional buyers, with a total fundraising target of $400 million. WisdomTree will also grant the initial purchasers of the notes the option to purchase up to an additional $60 million in principal, with some of the funds intended for the acquisition of Ceres Partners and for general corporate purposes.
