On November 3rd, Binance released a security incident recovery update #6, stating that following the initial resumption of some network and asset withdrawals on November 1st, it will resume withdrawals for more assets starting at 12:00 PM Beijing time on November 3rd. Similar to the first phase, withdrawals will be gradually opened based on security checks and preparations, and not all assets will be available at the same time. Deposit services will remain open and unaffected. Binance stated that it is prioritizing the resumption of tokens based on user demand over the past week, and will restore corresponding networks and asset pairs only after completing strict security checks. Users can check availability on the withdrawal page or the network status page. During the promotional period, there may be temporary delays due to traffic; if a withdrawal is unsuccessful, users can try again later. Binance reiterated that it will bear the financial impact of stolen funds and will not pass this on to users.
