Binance has released a security incident recovery update #6, announcing that starting from November 3 at 12:00 PM (Beijing time), it will gradually reopen the withdrawal functionality for more assets. This includes networks such as BSC, ETH, SOL, XRP, TRON, Arbitrum, Optimism, and Base, with supported assets including BTC, ETH, XRP, SOL, DOGE, ADA, LINK, SHIB, USD1, and FDUSD. Binance stated that not all assets will have withdrawals available immediately and that the resumption will be gradual based on security checks and readiness. Due to high traffic, there may be delays or extended processing times during the initial withdrawal phase. Binance emphasized that the platform will bear all economic losses resulting from this security incident and will not pass the losses on to users.
