the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park Management Committee, and other departments jointly issued the "Beijing Blockchain Innovation Application Development Action Plan (2025-2027)". The "Action Plan" clearly states the main goal: by 2027, there will be a significant improvement in the national digital infrastructure base capacity supported by autonomous and controllable blockchain technology. By then, breakthroughs will be made in more than 10 areas such as blockchain-specific chips, privacy protection, and PB-level trusted storage in core technology areas. More than 20 excellent application cases will be formed in 5 key areas such as artificial intelligence large models, and a national-level blockchain hub node will be initially built.
