The proposal suggests setting up a multi-signature address, with signers including Aave Labs, KelpDAO, Certora, and EtherFi, which will be specifically used for recovery efforts after receiving the Ethereum frozen by Arbitrum. Currently, the proposal has a voting approval rate of 100%, and the voting will conclude at 2:54 AM Beijing time on May 8.
