HashKey Exchange Announces Strategic Partnership and Signs MOU with SINOHOPE

HashKey Exchange, a licensed virtual asset trading platform in Hong Kong, has officially entered into a strategic partnership and signed a MOU with SINOHOPE (stock code: 1611.HK). Both parties will carry out in-depth cooperation in sectors such as secure storage and custody of virtual assets, OpenLoop clearing and settlement networks, compliant virtual asset funds, STO, RWA, and public blockchain technology.

In accordance with the MOU agreement signed by both parties, it is mutually agreed to complement each other's strengths at the product solution level, leveraging their respective years of experience in virtual asset storage, custody, and Web3 products and solutions. The collaboration aims to assist customers in conveniently experiencing virtual asset services. In the future, both parties will jointly develop customized solutions for the market and key clients. This collaboration seeks to enhance the security and availability of products and services, providing users with an improved experience and fostering the growth of their respective businesses.

In the aspect of collaborating on compliant virtual asset funds, a subsidiary of SINOHOPE , Sinohope Asset Management (Hong Kong) Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Sinohope Asset "), within the permissible regulatory framework. the products of Sinohope Asset’s compliant fund will be engaged in regulated virtual asset trading on HashKey Exchange in accordance with fund strategies.

In addition, HashKey Exchange and SINOHOPE will engage in in-depth communication and technical exchange. Both parties will explore the collaboration within a compliant framework to implement SINOHOPE's MPC custody product on HashKey Exchange's Openloop clearing and settlement network. This collaboration aims to provide professional investors with a more convenient and secure trading experience.

In the future, both parties will collaborate on emerging industry trends like STO, RWA, and public chains, aiming to enhance communication with regulatory authorities and support promising enterprises and projects in Hong Kong through investments and incubation.

This collaboration signifies a mutual empowerment of industry ecosystems. From Web3 products and solutions such as virtual asset storage, custody, and payments, to cooperation on compliant virtual asset funds, HashKey Exchange and SINOHOPE will engage in deep collaboration and communication across various formats within the Web3 space in the future. Through these partnerships, both parties will jointly drive business development, enhance market competitiveness and efficiency in market expansion. This will strengthen the complementary capabilities of both entities, contributing greater force to the innovation of Web3 product applications and the development of the digital economy in Hong Kong.
