Meta Announces One Billion Avatars Created: Introduces New Body Shapes and PUMA Partnership for Avatars Store

April 28 (Cointime) - Meta announced that over one billion avatars have been created across their technologies. 

To further enhance self-expression, Meta is introducing new avatar body shapes, including two curvier options, and refining existing ones to provide a wider range of choices.

In addition, Meta announces a new partnership with PUMA, bringing seven outfits to the Meta Avatars Store starting May 1. This addition is part of the Avatars Store's one-stop-shop for customizing avatars across Facebook, Messenger, Instagram, and in VR.
