Merit Circle Has Invested $250,000 and Has Taken an Advisory Position Within the Company Immersive Web3 and AR Gaming Experience, Particle Ink

Cointime Official

Merit circle is creating a DAO that develops opportunities to earn through play for people who want to help build the metaverse

At the Merit Circle DAO, we are always exploring new ways to experience the metaverse and interact with Web3 projects. Particle Ink provides gamers with an exciting opportunity to bring their NFT assets to the next level; combining Augmented Reality (AR) with Artificial Intelligence (our patented Augmented Unification tech) with the latest Web3 technology to bring a markedly new gaming experience.

As part of the partnership, Merit Circle has invested $250,000 and has taken an advisory position within the company.

What is Particle Ink?

Join us as we explore the ethereal Particle Ink metaverse, an otherworldly plane found at the intersection of the digital and physical realms. Players enter the metaverse and join the ranks of the Army of Light, composed of beings of pure light known as Lumins. Stand together with these peaceful creatures against the chaotic and destructive Ink Army, commanded by the ominous Ink God, bent on bringing darkness to the 2.5th dimension.

Powered by AR and Web3 technology, the founders at Kaleidoco are aiming to redefine the gamer’s experience through Particle Ink, moving beyond simple storytelling to ‘story-living’. NFT assets will evolve with the player throughout the gameplay, but they can also cross the barrier into the physical world through interactions in our live portal experiences around the world. It enables a host of new opportunities for players to connect to their character and community.

With its source material drawing inspiration from Disney Imagineering, Cirque du Soleil and The Sundance Film Festival, Particle Ink includes spell-binding artwork and imagery that fully immerses players in this unique and mysterious new world.

Keeping your options open

While Web3 technology supports the gameplay in Particle Ink, the game itself remains the center of focus. Players are free to explore the metaverse and its lore and interact with others in their live portals without needing to interact with any Web3 elements. At a certain stage in the game, players are given the option to connect their wallet. More competitive players may choose to do so, in order to purchase NFTs that offer additional features and perks, or benefit from the sale of their own digital assets in the marketplace.

The game also features a community token, which is used to support various in-game transactions in the ecosystem. Enthusiastic Players can use tokens to craft and upgrade items within the game, as well as decorate their avatar and customize their villages. Expansion packs and mini–games can be purchased using the token, for those interested in exploring the next chapters in Particle Ink lore.

Merit Circle x Particle Ink

Interest in the community has been steadily increasing since the premier of the Particle Ink metaverse and the successful launch of their award-winning Live Portal experience in Las Vegas. As the Merit Circle DAO, we’re keen to work with such an eager team excited to experiment and innovate with new technologies.

“We are thrilled to be in partnership with Merit Circle as we build the next generation of AR gaming. The Merit Circle team provides invaluable insights and a supportive community that is building towards more secure and engaging Web3 gaming platforms. ” — Cassandra Rosenthal, Co-CEO, Kaleidoco
