On September 9, according to monitoring by Bitrace, Xinbi Guarantee is suspected of starting to transfer escaped funds through channels such as JustLend, jUSDT, and USDD after a large-scale freeze of relevant USDT addresses. Bitrace reported that a newly activated business address for Xinbi Guarantee was frozen again on September 8, with approximately 1.8 million USDT transferred out in advance, leaving about 37,800 USDT frozen. On-chain data shows that the relevant address subsequently began testing USDD deposits and withdrawals. Bitrace previously confirmed that the total amount of frozen funds for Xinbi Guarantee has exceeded 45 million USDT.
