according to on-chain analyst @ali_charts monitoring, two addresses opened positions worth $10.9 million in ETH on-chain 8 hours ago

Address 0xBA9…85a6a: bought 3388.6 ETH at $2037.3

Address 0x767…03678: bought 1961.88 ETH at $2035.34

Both addresses suddenly acted after sleeping for three months, and the purchase time of ETH and the transfer method after purchase (transferred to a new address) are quite similar, likely belonging to the same whale/entity.

Spanish Foreign Minister: Not worried about any consequences of refusing US access to military bases
