On May 8, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reported that the total non-farm employment for February was revised down by 23,000, from -133,000 to -156,000. Meanwhile, the data for March was revised up by 7,000, from +178,000 to +185,000. After these adjustments, the combined employment figures for February and March decreased by 16,000 compared to previously published data.
