NM Data invests $3 million in Bitcoin mining firm Future Tech

Nature's Miracle Holding Inc., a company listed on Nasdaq, announced the establishment of a wholly-owned subsidiary, NM Data Inc. The company will mainly enter the field of developing and acquiring Bitcoin mining facilities. Currently, it has signed an agreement with Bitcoin mining company Future Tech to invest $3 million.

It is reported that the initial investment for this transaction is $200,000, and an additional $2.8 million will be paid within twelve months after the initial delivery. After the transaction is completed, NM Data will own 51% of Future Tech's equity.
