Meme Tokens and Stocks Cross-Chain Expansion: Solana Emerges as a Developing 'Red Ocean'

On September 11, GMGN monitoring revealed that on-chain funds are replicating a new Meme gameplay, pairing Meme tokens with tokenized stocks to bring U.S. stock narratives into on-chain trading. This gameplay has been validated across multiple ecosystems. In the BSC ecosystem, 4Stock introduced the BNB treasury company CEA Industries (BNC) into Meme trading, forming derivative assets around BNC4; Stonks chose the Nasdaq 100 ETF token QQQB as its paired asset. Robinhood Chain has further expanded the scope of stock mapping, with several representative projects: AI (Artificial Inu) paired with Nvidia (NVDA) stock tokens, combining AI narratives with Meme, currently valued at approximately $206 million; MEME (A Meme Coin) paired with AMC stock tokens, continuing the Meme Stock culture from the GameStop era, currently valued at about $47.05 million; FLYBRAIN paired with Alphabet (GOOGL) stock tokens, currently valued at around $33.45 million. The trend of Meme stocks has also reached Solana. Pump.fun recently opened Custom Pairs, providing a new issuance entry for stock-paired Memes; previously, Solana had the StonkFun ecosystem, where several million-dollar observation targets have emerged. Among these, STONK is currently one of the largest projects in Solana's stock-paired Meme space, forming a pairing pool with SPYx (S&P 500 ETF token), currently valued at approximately $234 million, with a 24-hour trading volume of about $5.58 million. Another representative, Meme CTO, is centered around VIDAx (Vida Global stock token), currently valued at about $3.46 million, with a 24-hour trading volume of approximately $487,000. In addition, Solana has three other Memes forming stock narratives: TREE paired with Apple (AAPLx) stock tokens, currently valued at around $2.63 million, with a 24-hour trading volume of about $1.06 million. On-chain data shows that a wallet publicly labeled as Point Farm Capital purchased approximately 755,700 TREE today, paying 1,500 USDC; this address also holds STONK and CTO. FRIES combines the fries Meme with McDonald's (MCDx) stock tokens, currently valued at around $1.73 million. A wallet publicly labeled as The__Solstice holds about 17.288 million FRIES, along with TREE and STONK. MAXI is centered around Solana treasury company DeFi Development Corp (DFDVx), currently valued at about $1.47 million. However, its stock pairing pool liquidity is around $45,000, still in the early stages.
