KimiK 3 from Dark Side of the Moon Now Available for Users

On July 16, it was reported that the official website of Dark Side of the Moon has updated with the new model KIMIK3. After logging in, users can see two versions: K3·Max and K3 Cluster·Max. The official announcement is expected to be made soon. According to previous sources, the parameter scale of this model reaches between 20 trillion and 30 trillion, making it the largest AI model in China to date, and its capabilities are nearing those of the models developed by the leading American AI laboratory Anthropic. This development indicates that the gap between the two countries in the field of cutting-edge artificial intelligence is continuously narrowing. As the model being benchmarked, Anthropic has not yet officially disclosed the specific parameter scale of its models. However, industry insiders generally speculate that its Opus4.8 model has approximately 15 trillion to 20 trillion parameters.
