Federal Court in New York to Hear $15 Million Loan Dispute Involving Ostium Today, Following $23.75 Million Attack

On September 17, court documents revealed that a federal court in New York will hold a hearing today regarding a dispute involving a $15 million loan with the on-chain perpetual contract exchange Ostium. The exchange suffered a loss of $23.75 million in an attack incident in July. ESS Frontier and Hong Kong lender Minghui Zheng filed a lawsuit against Ostium earlier this month, requesting the judge to freeze its assets and submit the dispute to arbitration.
